MASSAGE & BODYWORK
Focused work, shaped around what you came in for
Massage and bodywork are provided for comfort, relaxation, stress and tension. Sessions are built around what you want attention paid to rather than a fixed sequence. Pressure, areas of focus, and anywhere you would rather avoid can be discussed before you begin and adjusted as you go.
Therapeutic Massage — 60 minutes
$75Focused work on the areas you want attention paid to, with pressure and comfort discussed before you begin.
Therapeutic Massage — 90 minutes
$105More time to work across a broader range of areas, or to spend longer where you want it.

InnerMine Signature Bundle
A more involved session with body-treatment steps, additional preparation, and product use throughout.
- 60 minutes, with dry brushing$130
- 90 minutes, with wet brushing$160
- Dry brushing exfoliates and removes surface dead skin. Wet brushing removes surface product residue and adds hydration and polish.
- Full-body hot towel treatment, more extensive than the back-and-feet towels included with a standard session.
- Red light therapy, aromatherapy, and head and foot attention.
The full-body hot towel treatment is part of the bundle and is not optional.

Cancellations and Changes
Please give at least three hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Inside that window, a $25 fee applies — whether you cancel, move to another day, or don't arrive.
The three hours give me time to travel between locations and prepare for your session.
